You sound really exotic looking, so you can either play up your eyes by doing really dark eye makeup (Black eyeliner in a cat-like style and thick mascara) or your lips with a pretty plum or red color. More eye makeup is needed for these features. I have the exact combination and I use dark eyeliners and shadows to bring out my eyes. Try dark green shadows. Lip wise, you can apply a very light color. Use colors like pink and mauve.
