to make yr grey blue eyes look bluer use a teal eye shadowAny make up tips for a beginner / blonde hair blue-gray eyed pale person?
some light pink blush
dont use black or brown eyeliner, wear eyeshadow that doesn't attract so much attention, and give away your eye colour, like bright blue or green, dont use a lot of blush, use some concealer to brighten your face, and powder, some nice pinkish gloss, and you will look prettyful
Don't use black or brown eyeliner. You can get it in grey which will compliment your eye color. Also subtle shades of pinks for lip gloss.

Don't use too much, just enough to enhance your natural beauty.
Use only dark brown eyeliner. Then use dark brown mascara. For your lips use a light pretty pink lip gloss. And for your eyes also use any rosy light pretty pink color. For your cheeks use a mild pink color to bring out your cheekbones.Another great look to compliment your beautiful eye color is to try the smokey look.In order to do that you must use black eyeliner smudge it a little, then get kohl to put on the bottom. And then you just simply put the smoky colors of eyeshadows. For your lips use glassy gloss or any clear high shine lip gloss like that, that will be very visible. And then for your face you just use any deep pore deep pore cleanser. And to finish the look off you just put regular cream and it will put a natural pretty look on it.
1. Get yourself a spare night (day, morning, whatever suits you)

2. Get a huge mirror (with good lighting)

3. Experiment!
this may better help you with any makeup tips you need
Try to look as natural as possible. Not everyone needs to use powder. I'm really pale too and if I ever wear powder I look cakey, and it makes you look like a kid who doesn't know what she's doing. A little blush in a peachy/pink shade is perfect. Nothing too shimmery either, that white frosty looking eyeshadow that a lot of girls wear is hideous. If you want a little shimmer, try something with very tiny gold flecks, it will look more natural and give you a glow.
OK, use a smokey brown eyeshodow, a thin line of black eyeliner on tha top and bottom of your eyes, outline your lips wit a light brown lip liner and put on a nude color gloss, use some pink blush, mascara, and you will look hott!!! trust me honey, this is what i went to school for!!! hope i helped you!!!
