for this use 1 or 2 shade darker colour concealer on that particular area and then apply foundation 1 shade light ur orginal skin tone all over ur face

This would be worth a visit to a good make up counter at a large department store. There are all manner of cosmetic tools available for just your problem and they aren't terribly expensive. You will get the advantage of the expertise of a trained sales person and won't waste your money trying product after product from the drug store, until you find one that works, maybe.
what i do is i first put foundation on and taking my ring finger i rub it back and forth for acouple seconds. the ring finger is the best conceal because its enough pressure.
use foundation or concealer- no.7 mousse foundation is good! its 拢10
use perparation h it can be found in any drug store

Use a darker color foundation just on the puffy part since dark recedes. I don't think there's any specific brand for puffy eyes. Also many make up artists swear by Preparation H to depuff eyes. Putting some ice packs on your eyes before you put on makeup will help to decrease the puffiness.
