okay luckily for you, you have blue eyes...which really stand out when you do your makeup





find a light colored shimmery eyeshadow and aplly it to you lids and in the corners on your eyes (Loreal makes some good eyeshadows)





then invest in a good metal eyelash curler and heat it up a little with your blowdryer


curl your lashes then apply one coat of volumizing mascara,a nd one coat of lengthening mascara





then line just underneath the inner part of your lower eyelid, (Take a tissue wipe off some of it if you over did it) (Try a covergirl eyeliner pencil that twists up...the ones that are just pencils dont worl that well.) Then also line the inner part of your lower eyelid. and boom your eyes should be pretty intense





and since you are pale try useing a bronzer lightly on your cheeckbones, nose, chin, forhead and jawline





if you find a light pink gloss, use it on your lips it will make you apear darker. (The redness in your lips can contrast with your skin makeing you look plaer than you are

With blue eyes is even more super hot.


Okay first of all buy some products that make you pale skin glow and look radiant. Then just try putting some dark eyeshadow blue, black, purple, red etc.


Then some mascara.
I would suggest a light powder to match your skin tone--but not too light or you'll look like a ghost





I would also suggest brown mascara--black is probably going to be too dark for you and will look bad

I am fair too and have blue eyes. Use bronzey brown shimmery eyeshadow, black mascara, and peachy-pink lipgloss. The brown eyeshadow will make your eyes sparkle and add warmth to your face. The black mascara will make your eyes pop. And the lipgloss is just pretty! lol. These tips really work for me. Good luck!
