Tips for eyes make up?

Hello there!


i love make up, i usually wear black eyeliner with some grey shadow and mascara, i like to enhance my eyes and wearing some neutral color lipstick, gloss or just lip balm.





The thing is i am just fed up of wearing same make up in the eyes everyday and i'm looking for new styles and suggestions, tips, pictures, links, whatever, is welcome : )

now that it's spring/summer, you should make your eyes bright and beautiful! gray shadow seems dark and dull... to start put a bit of foundation on your eyelids. this will form a base and help keep your make up on and fresh all day long! then use a black liquid eyelid to make a thin line on your top lid only, making the line thinker as you reach the outer corner. Outline this line a couple times, to make it really dark. then use a gold colored eyeshadow and cover your whole lid. Then use a darker gold and outline your eyelid crease. Lastly, use a white shimmery eye shadow and put on your brow bone and the inner corner of your eye. These shadows can be purchased in packs of threes usually, like at drugstores. Then curl your lashes. I know a lot of people use heated eyelash curlers and they are supposed to work better, but what I do is take my regular eyelash curler and hold it under my blow dryer for a few seconds (not too long or it will be too hot!) then curl you lashes. Apply generous coats of lengthening mascara to both the top and bottom lashes. I hope this helps and you at least try this look, because it's a classic look that can look good on anyone since gold is a neutral color. Have fun!
Brown eyes means you can use more than one eyeshadow type! Blue is known to pop brown eyes most, purple is a bit hot, bronze makes you look a bit older, and black is usually if you have the face for it.





I myself use black mascara, blue eyeshadow or purple eyeshadow I just never deal with the bottom though I let that be.
get a great colored eyeshadow and and eyeliner brush, and use the shadow as liner. i love using purples, tourquiose, gold, green, any colors that's gonna make your eyes pop





go to MAC and ask them which ones you should try for your eyes. they're really good at letting you know. each of their eyeshadows are $14 though, so get your wallet ready. they're totally worth it though, they last long and don't fade
a simple tip that i use for my eye liner is instead of drawing the WHOLE eye, u can just stop half way.


It'll make ur eyes look so much more better. (:


And also to apply a good base on ur lid before any eye shadow so it'll make ur color stick on longer and brighter to. (:

try playing with some new colors and put a thin inner top liner

and usually lots of eyeshadow looks bad unless ur goin for the smoky eye which it sounds lik ur doin... (and that usually looks best on blue eyed ppl)


brown eyes: mayb a gold eyeliner? or black... or just a coool colour!


green eyed: (like me:) brown or purple...


hazel: black usually


yellow: idk!!
