that description sounds like me and personally my eyes look better w/out Shadow and w/mascara just experiment if ur mom has makeup i hear blue works good but for me it looks horrible i dnt think any 1 should wear that color but some times Wear gold color s layered and it really makes my eyes pop! A trick I have heard of to enhance blue eye color is to line the inner rims of your eye lids with a white liner.





Or by adding a touch of shimmering silver or white eyeshadow enhances the blue eyes further. But dont do this to over the top for a harsh made up look
