My eyes are my favorite feature to highlight because they are a unique color. These are the best tips I've picked up over the years.
*Start with a base of De-Crease, which will cover veins in your eyelids and keep eyeshadow from running during the day.
*Apply a bit of quality yellow-based concealer to your undereyes to cover dark circles which can distract from your eyes.
*Start by sweeping a sparkly champagne eyeshadow across your lids, across your browbone and on the inner corner of your eyes. This will catch the light and make them appear larger.
*Next, sweep a neutral shade such as taupe across your lids.
*Your third shadow should be a deeper color that you apply just to the crease. Try something that will contrast nicely to your eye color (deep brown for blue eyes, plum for green eyes, lavender for brown eyes, pink for hazel eyes, etc.)
*Apply eyeliner using an angled eyeliner brush to only the outer corners of your lower and upper lids. Maybe the last 1/4 of your eyelids. You can try deep grey, black, or brown liner, depending on your taste.
*Curl your eyelashes to open your eyes up.
*Apply a coat of regular mascara to only your upper eyelashes. Wait for it to dry.
*Apply a second coat of volumizing and lengthening mascara (such as Maybelline's XXL) to your OUTER lashes on your upper lids.Quick, simple, easy.. make up tips to make your eyes seem bigger..
white eyeliner on the inner rim of your eye and no eyeliner or mascara on the bottom tho coz that defines the lower part of your eye, making them seem smaller. u can also make your eye appear wider but having eyeliner on your upper lid with a little bit drawn away from your eye like a little flick up if you know what i mean.

One way to make your eyes pop is to use a light color, kind of sparkly eye shadow at the inner corner of your eyes, near your nose.
I've read that lots of celebrities do that. I've started using white/vanilla eyeshaow there, and it does make a diference. Try it!
I was actually told that using eye-liner all the way around your eyes makes them appear to be smaller. I have smaller eyes...and it helps to use lighter eye shadows to help highlight them and make them appear larger. Also, only line right above your eyelashes. I hope this helps.
some people are saying to wear a lot of eyeliner, this will make your eyes look smaller. wear eyeliner on the outside of your eyelashes. on the bottom, make sure not you wear it on the inside. wear a lot of mascada, and some light eyeshadow.

Buy a white eye liner and put it along the bottom. use a lighter shade of shadow rather than dark browns blacks etc cos they will make your eyes look smaller.
eyeliner above ur dark eye under ur eye would make it look smaller. white eye liner under will make it look large. and make sure u have no dark spots or bags under ur eyes with a light concealer under ur eyes
