Full colour is best for these types of eyes (no blending, layering, ect).
I'd suggest dark colours like mossy green or eggplant. Use a cream shadow rather than powder and apply with your finger for the best results.

ok what you should do is buy the hazel eyeshadow(play up) from almay and use the darkest shade at the lashline , use the lighter gray for the rest and the white under your brow bone, and blend.
