I want some make up tips that will make my eyes POP!!?

umm well one way is to take the color tht is opposit ur eye color and use it as eyeshadow because the contrast will make them more noticeable (so if u had brown blue would make them pop). u could also put glitter, use volumizing mascara, liquid eyeliner, or when u put eye liner on make the line longer towards the outward part of your eyes. or i guess u could put little jewel stickers or fake eyelashes lol :)I want some make up tips that will make my eyes POP!!?
Use some black eyeliner under your eyes. But not all the way across. Go about two thirds of the way across on the upper part (wet part) of the lower lid. On the flat (dry) part of the lower lid, start relatively heavy in the outer corner of the eye and do less as you go farther across. Put some shimmery brownish-tan eyeshadow in the top just past the crease. Use some lengthening and lash-defining mascara on top and bottom and you're done! Good luck!I want some make up tips that will make my eyes POP!!?
Use light eyeshadow and for a more made up look add dark to the eye crease and light at brow bone. (dark eye shadows tend to darken eyes and increase any circles under the eye)

Thin eyeliner if you like and lots of mascara. Maybe even a very slight light liner on bottom edge of eyes. Another fact is a well defined eyebrow and a shade or two darker than you skin apply blush on cheek bone. Use neutral or one shade darker than lip color for you lips. If you use dark lip color it will take away from your eyes!
It depends on your eye color. There are alot of hot trends out right now. Black eyeliner, false eyelashes or just a couple of coats of mascarra is really in right now. I wish I could help you more but like I said, it depends on your eye color.
Your Eyes...

For great looking eyes make sure to use powder shadows for a natural look and a eyeliner pencil for drama at night. Make sure the liner has a smudge tip at one end to get that smoky eye look. Only line the top of the eye is you're looking tired. You don't want to bring more attention to dark circles under the eyes. Neutral tones with a hint of color are flattering on everybody.

For sheen on the eyelids, dab a bit of Vaseline for a pretty reflective quality, as well as moisture.

Open up the eye with a gold/beige shimmery high lighter onto the brow bone.

Don't throw away cash on an expensive eye makeup remover! Find a pretty glass bottle and fill it with baby shampoo.

If your cream eye shadow dries out, use a few drops of water or mineral oil to soften it up again.

Potatoes, like cucumbers, will reduce the appearance of dark, under-eye circles.
