Well, seeing as your dress is blue...I wouldn't go with that colour. Go with what ever colour your shoes will be...Or, get shoes to match your make up. I suggest silver or black make up.

I think you could also use a bright yellow/gold colour with your dress...but it would depend on the exact colour of your dress, and if you are willing to stand out quite a bit.
I don't know, but you should go find a Mac counter in the nearest mall. Those girls always seem to have some amazing looking eye shadow colors. Very striking. Just a thought, I wouldn't go with blue. Maybe something that accents it like red or purple.
